Saint Martin's University Athletics

A graduate of Saint Martin's High School in 1961, he completed a degree in English and History from the college in 1965. Father G, as he is affectionately known by all of the students, has been a professor at SMU since 1970. A staple at all home events, he has been attending games regularly since 1995 and as the Chaplin for Athletics, leads many of the teams in prayer before games, and can be seen and heard cheering on the Saints from the stands, or dugout.
