SICKLE CELL TRAIT TESTING
The NCAA has mandated that all DII Student-Athletes show proof of their sickle-cell trait status. Please read the following links for further information. (THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE CLEARED FOR ANY PRACTICE ACTIVITIES!)

If you are currently taking an prescribed drug for ADHD/ADD, please read and sign the ADHD/ADD Prescription Form.
