Ticket Information – Tickets for all Saints' home games can be purchased at the gate of the event for six dollars for adults, and four for seniors, military, and kids 12 and up. All kids under the age of 12 are free. Tickets can be purchased with cash, or debit and credit card.
 
Marcus Pavilion and TwinStar Court – All home Saints' volleyball matches are played inside Marcus Pavilion, located on the campus of Saint Martin's. The Pavilion just celebrated its' 50th anniversary in 2017. The newly named TwinStar Court is located inside Marcus Pavilion.
 
Slow Start Proves Fatal In Loss To San Francisco State - The Gators of San Francisco defended their home court from the Saints, sweeping SMU to a tune of 25-11, 25-22, and 25-21 as Saint Martin's begins the Division II NCAA West Region Volleyball Showcase. After struggling to find their offense in the first set, the Saints (0-3) battled the Gators (4-0) evenly through the next two sets; however, were unable to secure a set victory. Rachel Gondrezick led the team in both kills (9) and digs (13) while Alyssa Bartlett added a team high 23 assists.
 
Dramatic Finish Nets Saints First Win Of 2018 Season - One week ago, Hawaii Hilo limited to Saints to less than 20 points in all three sets. Fast forward one week and the Saints pull off a dramatic five set victory over the Vulcans for their first win of the 2018 season. Megan Vernoy and Ililani Kamaka each set a career high in kills, 17 and 19 respectively, to lead the Saints (1-3) over the Vulcans (2-2). SMU cruised to victories in the first two sets, 25-16 and 25-17 before Hawaii Hilo responded by forcing a fifth set, 18-25 and 19-25. Kamaka and Vernoy once again led the offensive attack and forced seven kills and two service aces in the final set.
 
Saints Keep Momentum Rolling With Sweep Over Art U - In convincing fashion, the Saints carried over momentum from last night's win to sweep Academy of Art, 25-17, 25-21, 25-25-14, to begin the final day of the D-II Volleyball Showcase. The Saints (2-3) carried on from last night's five set victory, progressive getting better throughout the match to clinch their second win a row. SMU's hitting percentage increased from .154 to .234 to .250 throughout the sets and Rachel Gondrezick led the team with 11 kills.
 
Vernoy Sets Another Career High In Kills In Loss To CSUDH - Megan Vernoy only let her new career high in kills that she set last night, last 24 hours, as she eclipsed that with 25 kills in the stunning five set loss to CSU Dominguez Hills to close out the D-II Volleyball Showcase Tournament. The Saints (2-4) jumped on the Toros (4-2) early, taking both of the first two sets, 25-22 and 25-19, before CSUDH roared back with victories in sets three (25-20) and four (25-17). In the fifth set, and the match tied at 13-13, the Toros managed to grind out the final two points they needed to secure the dramatic finish.
 
Vernoy Sets A Career High In Kills – In the final match of the D-II Volleyball Showcase Tournament, Megan Vernoy put together one of her best offensive matches in her collegiate career. The senior, in 40 chances, recorded 25 skills, a new career high and was fourth most in a single game in school history. Vernoy's .550 hitting percentage led the team and was ninth best in program history.
 
Alyssa Bartlett Cracks 50 – The freshman setter recorded her first 50 assist match of her collegiate career, reaching 53 against Hawaii Hilo in the D-II Volleyball Showcase Tournament. Her 53 assists, which ranked 11th most in a single match in school history, helped the Saints to their first win of the season.

Saints In The GNAC Top TenMegan Vernoy ranks fifth in kills per set at 3.17, and eighth in points per set at 3.63… Alyssa Bartlett ranks sixth in assists per set at 8.52… Courtney Misner ranks tied for sixth in digs per set at 4.57.
 
Record Watch - Some records to watch this season include Gondrezick on the all-time kills list. She entered the season at 540 kills and 593.5 points, and during the match against Hawaii Hilo on 8/31, Gondrezick eclipsed tenth overall. She has risen to 602 career kills since then and now ranks eighth all-time, 29 kills behind Andrea Athey. Vernoy also will have an opportunity to etch her name in the history books as she is 62 kills away from making the top ten as well.
