PUEBLO, Colo. – The day ended just how it began for
Dennis Geissler, with a birdie, as the senior finished one-under par 70 in the final round of the Farmers Insurance Sam Proal Regional Preview on Tuesday.

Opening on the 11th hole, Geissler recorded his first of seven birdies on the day. Geissler went one under on the back nine and finished even par on the front for a team-low of 70. His total of 141 placed him tied for 19th out of 100 golfers.
Tyler Fitchett (72-73-145) ended the tournament tied for 35th, recording three birdies on the final round.
Carter Sheets (74-79-153) was third on the team, followed by
Nick Baker (77-81-158) and Cody Lamb (84-77-161).
Overall, the Saints (294-299-593) ranked 17th out of 19 teams, edging out South Dakota School of Mines (596) and Colorado School of Mines (597). Oklahoma Christian (551) won the title by eight strokes over Midwestern State (559), and third place Colorado Mesa (560). Alejandro Armijo of Oklahoma Christian took home the medalist honor at eight-under par 134.
The Saints return to action in Hawaii on October 25 for the Dennis Rose Invitational.
