Box Score 3 Turlock, CA – Saint Martin's softball took there skills out to California over the weekend. They participated in the Turlock Tournament of Champions.
The first game the Saints worked hard to battle against San Francisco State but weren't able to secure the win. SMU may have not won the game, but they did have some great plays, and here they are. In the bottom of the second #4
Kekai Schultz singled down the right field line. In the bottom of the third #7

Destiny Conerly singled to right field. In the bottom of the seventh #15

The second game of the Tournament of Champions Saint Martin's goes against CSU Dominguez Hills. CSU Dominguez Hills took the lead in the top of the second scoring one. SMU takes the lead in the bottom of the third when #23 Ashely Goodale doubled to right center putting herself in scoring position, this is when #10
Britney Patrick singled to right field and advances to second on the throw batting in #23
Ashley Goodale. The next run was earned when #26
Heather Ebner doubled to left field bring in Patrick to score the second run of the inning. This left CSD with one and SMU with two. CSD was able to tie up the score in the top of the sixth. In the top of the seventh CSD was able to take the lead. After SMU wasn't able to come back in bottom of the seventh, CSD took the win.

The final game for the weekend took place on Sunday against Cal State East Bay. In the bottom of the third #15 Lawson reached on a throwing error by the first basemen. In the bottom of the fifth #7
Vanessa Smoke was able to reach on a fielder's choice to shortstop. After a long fight Cal State East Bay took the win against the Saints.
