COEUR D'ALENE, IDAHO — The Saint Martin's Men's Golf team concluded a stellar showing at the 2026 GNAC Men's Golf Championships in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with the Saints finishing second overall in the team standings and Rasmus Tamker earning the individual championship title.
The Saints combined to shoot 873 (+21) over the three-day tournament, placing second in the team standings. Rasmus Tamker earned the individual title, shooting 212 (-1) overall in the tournament and making a last-minute push up the leaderboard to become the third Saint in program history to win a GNAC individual championship.
Day 3 Results
- Coming into the day tied for second, Rasmus Tamker shot 74 (+3) through heavy rain on day three to climb the leader board and earn first place in the individual standings. He recorded an overall score of 212 (-1) and was the only golfer in the tournament to finish under par.
- Parker Sawatzky led late into the tournament and finished fourth overall with a final score of 214 (+1) after shooting 78 (+7) in the final round.
- Carter Sheets, Davis Sheets, and Gavin Klein finished in consecutive order, with Carter Sheets placing 18th with a final score of 227 (+14) after shooting 80 (+9) in the final round.
- Davis Sheets and Carter Sheets tied for 19th place, recording a final score of 228 (+15).
