At UNC Greensboro, he served as the program's lead recruiter. Jackson brings experience in coaching, recruiting, travel planning, purchasing, budget, and meet and equipment management.
Prior to coaching at the collegiate level, Jackson coached seven seasons at Poway High School in Poway, California, where the boys cross country team made the state finals in 2015, 2016, and 2018.
