2015: Competed at the GNAC Indoor Championship in the Heptathlon and scored 4,635 points to finish fourth overall…Placed second in both the long jump (20-3 3/4) and 60-meter hurdles (8.54)…Also helped his team finish eighth in the 4x400 meters with a time of 3:30.56…During the outdoor season, he was third in the 100 meters (11.36) and shot put (36-8 1/4) at the GNAC Outdoor Championship and was second in the javelin (162-1)… He finished the meet sixth overall with 6026 points…Scored points for his team at the Outdoor Championship in Monmouth with a fifth-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles (15.22).

2014: Part of the 4x200 relay that placed 3rd at the Idaho Vandal Invite (1:32.33)....Placed 5th in the Heptathlon in the GNAC Indoor Championships (4115 points)...Placed 7th in the 60H in the GNAC Indoor Championships (8.71)...Took 2nd in the 110H (16.01) at the PLU Invitational....Placed 3rd in the Decathlon at the Mt. Hood Multis (5620 points)...Finished 3rd in the GNAC Combined Events Championships in the Decathlon (6036)....Finished 1st in the 400H at the SMU Invitational (55.01)...Placed 3rd in the GNAC Outdoor Championships in the 110H (15.21) and 6th in the 400H (54.90)

High School: 2013 State Champion in the decathlon...Qualified for the state championships in 2012 and 2013 in the 300 m hurdles and as part of the 4X400 relay...Also competed at state in 2013 in the 100 m hurdles and 4X100 relay...Holds the school record in the 110 hurdles and 300 m hurdles.
