2012: Earned Academic All-GNAC honors with the highest GPA among men's cross country athletes...Had his best finish of the season, third place, at the Puget Sound Invitational (27:02.6)...Recorded his best 8K time of the season, 26:25, at the UW Sundodger Invitational...Earned a 15th-place finish (27:02.6) at the Saint Martin's Invtiational...Ran 33:54 in at the 10K WWU Classic...Placed 53rd overall at the GNAC Championships with a time of 26:59.2...Graduated as class salutatorian in the spring of 2013...A GNAC FAR Scholar Athlete...Named to the Dean's List both semesters.

2011: Finished 48th (27:16) at the GNAC Championships...Ran 33:49 finishing 76th at the West Region Championships...Placed fifth at the Puget Sound Invite (27:02)...Earned a seventh-place finish at the Saint Martin's Invite (27:30.45)...Finished in a time of 26:08.23 at the UW Sundodger Open...Ran 34:23 at the Western Washington Invite...Named to the Dean's List both semesters.....A GNAC FAR Scholar Athlete.

Green River C.C.: Placed 15th at the NWACC championships...Was eighth in the 10,000 m at the NWACC championships...NWAACC cross country athlete of the week...Named NWAACC all-region...Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll...Earned the physics department award in 2009...Received the math department award in 2010.

High School: Earned two letters in both cross country and track & field...A team captain in track & field...Qualified for the district championships in the 3200 m (2008).
