2014: Part of the 4x400 (3:38.89) and 4x200 (1:32.33) relays that placed third at the Idaho Vandal meet...Placed sixth GNAC Indoor Championships as a member of the 4x400 (3:26.64)....Took fourth place in the 400H with a time of 57.46 at the SMU Invitational. Ran career best 57:02 in the 400H at the GNAC Outdoor Championships.

2013: Part of the 4x400 that placed eighth (3:26.78) at the GNAC Outdoor Championships...Ran a season-best time of 52.16 int he 400 m at the Ken Shannon Invite placing 10th...Took fourth at the PLU Invitational in the 400 m hurdles with a time of 59.13...Ran 52.40  in the 400 m during the indoor season, his best time of the year, to place 18th at the Idaho Vandal Collegiate.

2012: Ran a season-best 9.26 to finish sixth in the 60 m hurdles at the Jackson Open and Multis...Finished with a time of 53.58 in the 400 m at the UW Indoor Open...Scored 4641 points in the decathlon at the Linfield Multis...Placed 11th in the 400 m hurdles (59.14) at the Saint Martin's Invite.

High School: Earned four letters in track & field...A three-time state qualifier...A three-year letter winner in soccer...Helped his team to a runner-up finish at the state championships in 2010...Earned three letters as part of the ski team.

Personal: Hobbies include skiing, snowboarding and running...Greatest athletic thrill was competing in the Junior Olympics in 2010.
