2014: Placed third in the 800m at the Idaho Collegiate (1:55.20)...Finished second in the 800m at the Idaho Vandal Indoor (1:52.04)...Took second place in the 800m at the GNAC Indoor Championships (1:54.27)...Won the SPU Final Qualifier 800m (1:52.50)...Won the UPS Peyton Scoring Meet 1500m (4:04.22)...Placed third in the NW WAR 7 meet in the 800m ( 1:52.04)...Won the 400m at the SMU Invitational (50.13)...Finished third in the 800m at the GNAC Outdoor Championships (1:53.51)

2013: Earned a fourth-place finish running 1:54.44 in the 800m at the GNAC Outdoor Championships...Narrowly missed out on a NCAA provisional qualifying time with his best time of the season of 1:52.57 to finish runner-up at the Bryan Clay Invite...Placed sixth in the 800m (1:55.05) at the GNAC Indoor Championships...Helped the 4x400 relay establish a new school record time of 3:25.87 to place sixth.

2012: Finished third with time of 1:53.15 in the 800 m at the GNAC Outdoor Championships...Placed seventh with the 4x400 relay (3:26.72)...Won the 800 m at the Ralph Vernacchia meet and Saint Martin's Invite...Placed fifth as part of the DMR (10:28.95) at the GNAC Indoor Championships...Competed on the 4x400 finishing seventh (3:28.41)...Had a season-best time in the 800 m (2:00.12) at the UW Indoor meet.

High School: A four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field...A three-time most valuable runner selection in both cross country and track & field...Named most inspirational as a senior in track & field and cross country...A three-time cross country state championships qualifier...Named to the honor roll all four years...Named student of the month for March 2011.
