Taylor Dodson

    Assistant Golf Coach
The 2025-2026 season is Dodson’s second with the golf program. She is also an Assistant Professor of Biology in the Natural Sciences Department at Saint Martin's University.

Dodson played collegiate golf for four years at Division I Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC (2013 - 2017). Dodson was a member of the Big South All-Freshman Team for the 2013-14 year and the Big South Conference All-Conference Team for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons. During her collegiate career, she earned the Big South Conference Player of the Week seven times. In her senior year, Dodson was medalist at the 2016 Preview at the Patriot Tournament and the 2017 Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate women's golf tournament. In her time at GWU, she was on the Women's Collegiate Golf Coaches All-American Scholar Team four years in a row, earning the Big South Conference Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year award in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from GWU and a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Toledo.
