2013: Garnered Academic All-GNAC honors for a third-consecutive season...Threw the hammer in four meets during the outdoor season...Earned a top-ten finish at the PLU Invite...Had her best throw of the season, 134', at the WWU Twilight meet...Competed in two meets during the indoor season; both in the weight throw...Recorded a mark of 39'-6", best of the season, to finish 12th at the Idaho Collegiate.

2012: Recorded a season-best mark of 36.04  m in the hammer throw during the outdoor season...Set school record in the weight throw (40'-10.5)...Placed 12th in the weight throw at the GNAC Indoor Championships...Earned Academic All-GNAC honors.

2011: Threw 9.60 m to place fourth in the shot put during the outdoor season at the Puget Sound Peyton Scoring meet...Placed fifth with a mark of 27.29 m in the hammer at the Puget Sound Peyton Scoring meet...Had a mark of 8.95 m in the shot put during the indoor season...Received Academic All-GNAC honors.

2010: Had a season-best throw of 26.91 m in discus at the SMU Invite to finish ninth...Placed ninth in the shot put with a season-best mark of 9.81 m...Did not compete during the indoor season.

High School: A four-year letter winner in volleyball...Named second team all-state...Helped her team to multiple district championships (2006-08)...A letter winner in track & field as a thrower...Named to the Principal's List.
