Natalie Marlowe

Natalie Marlowe is in her fourth season as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Saint Martin’s University, where she has led a significant program turnaround. Since arriving in 2023, she has guided the Saints to a 44–38 (.537) record, rebuilding a program that had posted just an 82–149 (.355) mark over the previous nine seasons.
 
Under her leadership, Saint Martin’s has achieved consecutive winning seasons and increased its GNAC win total each year, highlighted by the second-most overall wins (18) and conference wins (14) in program history during the 2025–26 season, along with the nation’s 20th-ranked scoring defense.
 
Marlowe has recruited and developed seven GNAC All-Conference selections, including a Defensive Player of the Year and a Freshman of the Year.
 
Before joining Saint Martin’s, Marlowe served as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Hartnell College, where she engineered a dramatic turnaround, taking a 1–24 team to a 22–7 record and an undefeated 8–0 CCCAA season, culminating in the 2022–23 Coast South Division Championship.
 
Her coaching background also includes assistant roles at Cal State Monterey Bay, the University of Texas Dallas, the University of the Incarnate Word, and Hendrix College. At UT Dallas, she helped guide the program to two American Southwest Conference Regular Season Championships, the first ASC Tournament Championship in program history, and two NCAA Tournament berths. She was awarded a spot on the WBCA 30 Under 30 list and received the American Southwest Conference Strategic Initiative Grand Recipient in 2018 for her efforts as an assistant during this time.
 
A former standout point guard at Chicago State University, Marlowe earned All-Great West Conference honors and graduated second all-time in career assists while scoring 806 points.
 
A South Milwaukee, WI native, Marlowe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chicago State University and a Master of Science in Coaching and Exercise Science from Concordia University Irvine.
