The grass field is located inside the Saint Martin's track, that is equipped with a scoreboard and two grandstand bleachers. Parking is free and located right next to the field.

Saints Kicking Some ALS – The Saint Martin's soccer programs and athletic department have partnered together to put on the first Saints Kicking Some ALS match on Saturday, September 29. Donations can be made at the events, with all proceeds going to help support the research and those affected by ALS.

Saints Light Up Scoreboard In Home Opener – The Saints were ready to be home, after opening the season on the road for three weeks, defeating Hawaii at Hilo, 4-1, in their home opener for the 2018 season. Sebastian Navarro and Brandon Madsen started the Saints' (2-4-0) off on the right foot, scoring in the first half, while SMU's defense limited Hawaii at Hilo (1-1-0) to only two shots. The Vulcans managed to draw within one after a penalty kick, but the Saints responded with goals from Jason Fairhurst and Will Eldred to secure the impressive 4-1 victory.

Griffin Small Named GNAC Player of the Week – For the first week of the regular season, goalkeeper Small was named the GNAC Defensive Player of the Week. Small led the GNAC in the opening week of action with 14 saves, despite only playing in three of the four halves. Small faced 20 shots in the two matches, and recorded 11 saves in a row to open the year. Only allowing one goal, Small boasted an impressive .933 save percentage and 0.67 GAA.

Gauntlet Of The Non-Conference Season – Entering their final non-conference match, the Saints' non-conference opponents held a combined record of 15-5-0. Out of the five opponents, three were ranked in the top four of the United Soccer Coaches' West Region poll.

Rob Walker Enters His 12th Year At The Helm – Since the program was started in 2007, Rob Walker was been the head coach every step of the way. Walker has led the Saints to over 100 victories in his time at SMU including a GNAC Conference title in 2009. The title was the first Conference Championship the school had won since joining the NCAA.

Records To Watch For – After the historic season last year for Brandon Madsen, where he broke the school record for most goals (16) and points (33) in a single season, Madsen looks to climb on the Saints' All-Time leaderboard. With four goals in 2018, Madsen currently sits at 20 career goals, ranking third in school history. His nine points in 2018 brings him to 42 career points, placing him fifth all-time. Griffin Small entered the 2018 third all-time on saves leaderboard with 155. Currently, Small sits with 28 saves in 2018 and is now at 183, only 14 saves away from second in program history. Sebastian Navarro needs only two assists to tie for second in school history, after entering this season at 12 assists.
