Redix, provided the 13th-ranked Saints a major spark both at home and on the road, averaging 20.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in two games. He began the week with a team-leading 24-point, six rebound performance over Seattle Pacific. He followed it up with a 16-point, three assist night in Billings, Montana. In both games, Redix shot a combined 13-for-18 (72.2 percent) from the field, and 6-for-10 from beyond the arc, all the meanwhile, only committing two turnovers in 60 minutes of action.
Cronk, who was named GNAC Athlete of the Week after his first meet earlier this month, following it up with another GNAC award winning performance. The freshman took home second overall in the high jump at the UW Invitational, and was the highest finisher from any D-II school. Cronk leap over the 2.08m height, tying him with the jumper from Utah State; however, Cronk cleared on his second attempt versus the Utah State athlete's first attempt. His mark would have placed him tied for sixth overall in GNAC history; however, he already owns the second place mark with his 2.10m performance earlier this year.
The awards mark the second for Cronk and the first for Redix, and the second of the year for Track and Field, and third for Men's Basketball.
