WAIKOLOA, Hawaii – The trip to Hawaii only continued to provide good results for the Saint Martin's. The Saints broke their season best round score set yesterday with a score of 309 to close out the Dennis Rose Invitational.

Michaela Morris (75-80-74-229) capped off her tournament with another career round. The sophomore beat her record that she set in round one. Her total score of 229 pushed her into the top 20 on the leaderboard, finishing tied for 19th overall.
Katherine Swor (87-79-76-242) found her swing after a tough start in round one, bouncing back with a career low 76 in round three. Swor worked her way up from fourth on the team to second, while leaping to 39th overall.
Hoku Nagamine (94-78-78-250) joined Swor in a strong rebound performance, copying her season low total of 78.
Madie Prigge (81-78-86-245) and
Kathryn Crimp (80-85-81-246) closed out the scorecard for the Saints, and placed third and fourth on the team respectively.
"As a team we talk about playing better each round of a tourney and we accomplished that here in the islands," said head coach
Bob Grisham. "This is a young team, but we will build on this performance as we get ready for Spring. Michaela (Morris) had an outstanding tournament, and topped it off with a final round career best 74."
As a team, Saint Martin's finished ninth overall with a score of 323-315-309-947. The tournament marks the final fall tournament for Saint Martin's, with the Saints not resuming the year until next Spring.
