Marcus Pavilion and TwinStar Court – All home Saints' basketball matches are played inside Marcus Pavilion, located on the campus of Saint Martin's. The Pavilion just celebrated its' 50th anniversary in 2017. The newly named TwinStar Court is located inside Marcus Pavilion.

Saints Open 2021 Season With Near Upset Over Seattle U – After nearly 300 days, the Saints finally returned to the court. With big efforts from
Claire Dingus,
Mallory Vivola, and
Janealle Sutterlict, the Saints nearly pulled off the upset win over Division-I Seattle U 80-69 on Friday night.
Vivola provided the offense in the first half, connecting on four 3-pointers and scoring 14 of her 18 points. Dingus showed no rust in the first game, tying a career-high in rebounds with 15 along with a career high in assists with six, and scoring six points.
Janealle Sutterlict came alive in the second half and ended with a team-leading 20 points. A late run by Seattle U helped pushed the Redhawks past Saint Martin's and secure the victory.
All-Focus on All-Conference Claire Dingus – Dingus enters 2020 as the center of the team. Coming off a second team All-Conference selection in 2019, Dingus is the returning leading scorer (12.2) and rebounder (8.9) on the team. She also managed eight double-doubles last year, bringing her career total to 12.
Setting Career-Highs – Against Division-I opponent Seattle U,
Claire Dingus dominated the boards, grabbing a career-high 15 rebounds.
Top Five Returner –
Tierney DeDonatis wrapped up last season 10th in conference in assists per game at 2.7. She enters 2021 as the fourth highest returning player. DeDonatis ranked eighth in 3-point percentage (37.9) at the end of the year, and enters the year as the third highest returner.
Threat from Deep – Freshman standout
Janealle Sutterlict finished her rookie campaign ninth in conference in 3-pointers made (46) and ninth in 3-point percentage (37.7).
Defending Home Court – For the first time since 2013-14, the Saints reached double-digits in wins at Marcus Pavilion. SMU tied the 2013-14 mark with 11 wins.
Pack The Pavilion – Over 6,800 people attended SMU Basketball games last season... One of only three programs in the GNAC to reach the 6,000 mark.
Bring on the D-I's – For the fourth time in the last sixth years, the Saints will face a Division-I. In 2015, the Saints faced Eastern Washington, then Idaho in 2018, and Seattle U in 2019 and 2020.
