Despite getting upset in the GNAC Championship game, the Saints learn an at-large selection and a number four seed, earning a rematch with Academy of Art (21-9, 14-6 PacWest), who dropped SMU on Black Friday at Marcus Pavilion in the early part of the 2023 campaign. A win against the Urban Knights would possibly set the Saints up to play Point Loma, who is hosting the regional as the top seed.

The team will head to California later this week, setting up for their game in prime time at 7:30 PM PT on Friday, March 10^th.
