LACEY, Wash. — The Saint Martin's Baseball team concluded its 2026 season, falling in four games to Western Oregon at home.
The Saints concluded the season with a 13-38 record, a 10-win increase from last season. The Saints honored nine graduating players on senior day: Alohi Arecchi, Aidan Bray, Isaac Hoag, Kyle Schabot, Nikki Scott II, Spencer Siegel, Zen Staszkow, Kelton Tom, and Blaze Wong.
Game 1: Saint Martin's 4, Western Oregon 7
- The Saints took the lead early, as Kelton Tom grounded out to score Alohi Arecchi in the second inning.
- The Wolves responded with two runs in the third and three in the fourth, putting the Saints behind 5-1.
- Saint Martin's saw a run cross the plate in the bottom of the fifth, as Carson Dunn crushed a solo home run over the left field wall to trim the deficit to 5-2.
- In the top of the sixth, Western Oregon responded with two runs scored.
- Saint Martin's cut the lead to 7-4 in the bottom of the eighth, as Evan Nicol hit a sacrifice fly and Kelton Tom singled in a run. The Saints were unable to make up any further ground and fell by a margin of three runs.

- Alohi Arecchi and Evan Nicol each recorded two-hit performances, with Arecchi scoring two runs and Nicol tallying one RBI.
- Kelton Tom recorded two RBIs.
- The home run for Carson Dunn is his fifth of the season.
- Kip Watanabe pitched 5.1 innings in relief and allowed two runs off two hits, striking out one batter.
Game 2: Saint Martin's 0, Western Oregon 19
- The Wolves took a sizable advantage early, scoring five runs in the top of the fifth, capitalizing off four walks.
- Western Oregon stretched the lead to 6-0 with a groundout that scored a run in the top of the second.
- The Wolves added two runs in the top of the third and two in the fourth, pulling ahead 10-0. Across the next three innings, Western Oregon extended the lead to 19-0, as the Saints were held scoreless and limited to one hit.
Game 3: Saints Martin's 3, Western Oregon 7
- The first three innings were scoreless on both sides, before Saint Martin's pulled ahead 2-0 in the bottom of the fourth off two sacrifice hits.
- Nikki Scott II pitched a scoreless first five innings, before the Wolves tied the game at 2-2 in the top of the sixth. Saint Martin's responded with an RBI single by Isaac Hoag to retake a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the sixth.
- Western Oregon capitalized for two runs in the top of the seventh and three in the top of the eighth, pulling away to win 7-3.

Game 4: Saint Martin's 2, Western Oregon 9
- In the final game of the series, WOU scored one run in each of the first three innings to pull ahead 3-0.
- In the top of the fifth, a sacrifice hit and two-run home run saw Western Oregon extend its lead to 6-0.
- The Saints answered back with two runs in the bottom of the fifth, as Peter Hollabaugh and Noah Albanese each singled in a run. However, Saint Martin's was unable to cut the deficit any further, as the Wolves added three runs in the top of the seventh and prevailed 9-2.
