Saint Martin's has moved to a paperless medical eligibility process. Every athlete will be required to sign up for a login and complete all required information before they will be cleared for participation. Below is a link to a letter explaining how to create a login as well as all rquired documentation necessary for NCAA participation.

Sickle Cell Trait
The NCAA has mandated that all DII Student-Athletes show proof of their sickle-cell trait status. Please read the following links for further information.

ADD/ADHD Medication
Any athlete taking an ADD/ADHD Medication must have the following form completed by the prescribing physician prior to each year of athletics. If there is a question regarding a medication, please contact your prescribing physician or the Head Athletic Trainer.
