MOTOR POOL

People seeking to reserve vehicles are asked to fill out the online vehicle reservation form. Email confirmations are sent out automatically with a copy of your request. It is recommended that you send in your requests at least two weeks prior to your trip in order to best accommodate your reservation.

RENTAL RATES

Super Shuttle (32 passenger): $3.30 per mile
Shuttle (14 passenger): $1.15 per mile with own driver, $1.42 with driver provided
Van (11 passenger): $0.41 per mile


RESERVATION FORM

Completion of a motor pool request form is required to reserve a vehicle. Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the contact. Once the trip is authorized, an email will be sent to the submitter with additional information on the trip. Fill out the form HERE.
