2015: Competed only at the Saint Martin’s Invitational, where he finished 35th overall with a time of 32:07.9.

2014: Finished 78th (28:58.3) at the GNAC Championships…Was 149th (37:49.7) at the NCAA Division II West Regional…Best finish of the season was at the SMU Invitational, where he finished 37th (29:34.8)…That time was his best 8k time of the season.

2013: Finished 81st (29:07.34) at the GNAC Championships…His best time of the season of 28:03 came at the Sundodger Invitational in the men’s 8k open race.

High School: A three-year letter winner in cross country...Earned the sportsmanship award in 2012 in cross country...An individual qualifier for the State Championships as a senior...Earned first team all-league honors...Helped his team to a state title during his junior season as well as a district championships...Led his team to a second-place finish at districts his senior season...Lettered all four years in track & field...A three-time state qualifier in the 800 m (2011, 2012, 2013)...Competed as part of the 4x400 relay at the state championships in 2012 and 2013...The 2013 Arnie Young Invitational Champion in the 800 m...Earned league championships in both 2012 and 2013 in the 800 m and 4X400 relay...Placed second in the district in the 800 m as a senior...Finished fourth at the 2A State Championships in the 800 m and 3rd in the 4X400 relay in 2013...Earned the sportsmanship award as a senior...Graduated with the third-fastest time in the 800 m in school history...Member of the National Honor Society...Earned department honors awards in science and social studies...The January 2012 Japanese Language Student of the Month.
