In his one year, Thompson averaged 12.8 points per game, and 6.3 rebounds per game... Thompson helped lead the Clippers to a 25-5 overall record... A 12-2 record in conference action... In the final conference game that determined the West Region Champion, Thompson led the way to a win with 22 points and 11 rebounds, helping the Clippers to the title. 

High School: Out of West Salem High School, Thompson was named to the second team All-Greater Valley Conference... He helped led his team to two straight State Tournament appearances.
