Dorman begins his first season as an assistant coach for the men’s and women's soccer teams.
 
Prior to his arrival he was the head coach at Shoreline Community College (women), NWAC semi-finalist in 2015. Also, head coach of the Bellevue High School girls’ varsity & head coach within Washington's Elite Player Development Program (boys), Region IV ODP winners & National ODP 3rd place in 2016. He has served as the assistant coach for the Seattle Sounders Women (W-League) and has spent time at UK Elite Soccer as an assistant Regional Manager and Staff coach.
 
He also coaches at the club level where in 2015, RVS became WA Presidents Cup winners & represented WA at the Region IV Presidents Cup. Dorman was named the NSCAA NW Regional high school Coach of the Year (2015) and was a national participant in the NSCAA 30-under-30 program, class of 2015. Currently, Dorman is coaching high school aged girl’s teams for Eastside FC.
 
Dorman received his master’s in Sports, Leisure & Equity from Leeds Metropolitan University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Geography from University of Birmingham.
