2014: Did not compete during the indoor season...Placed 6th at the PLU Invitational in the 400H (1:02.83)...Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished 2nd at UPS Peyton Scoring Meet (3:31.15)

2013: Placed 12th in the 400 m hurdles with a time of 57.99at the GNAC Outdoor Championships...Ran as part of the 4X400 relay that placed eighth at the conference championships...Recorded his best time of the season, 57.78, in the 400 m hurdles to place seventh at the Ken Shannon Invite...Set the school record in the 600 m (1:27.27) at the UW Indoor Open...Ran a season-best 24.17 in the 200 m at the Jackson's Open and Multis.

2012: Did not compete during the outdoor season...Ran 53.04 in the 400 m at the Jackson's Open and Multis...Took eighth in the 60 hurdles with a time of 9.50 during the indoor season.

2011: Had a season-best time of 59.89 to place seventh in the 400 m at the Saint Martin's Invite...Ran a season-best time of 18.20 in the 110 m hurdles at the Puget Sound Peyton Scoring Meet...Competed in two indoor meets...Ran 10.97 in the 60 m hurdles at the UW Indoor Open...Recorded a time of 54.85 in the 400 m at the UW Indoor Open.

High School: A four-year letter winner in track & field...Helped set the school record in the distance medley relay...Competed at the state championships for swimming...Earned three letters in swimming...A three-year letter winner on the football team.

Personal: Role model is Jeremy Warner...Hobbies include biking, waterskiing and snow skiing...Greatest athletic thrill is high pressure races...Would most like to meet any Olympic athlete.
