2015: Competed at three indoors meets…Went on to compete at the GNAC Indoor Championship and finished 27th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:14.62…Competed in only one outdoor meet the 5,000 meters at the SMU Last Chance Qualifier and finished second overall with a time of 15:46.38 in the 5,000 meters.

2014: Placed 72nd at the GNAC Cross Country Championships (27:39.9). Did not compete indoors or outdoors.

2013: Placed fourth with his best time of the outdoor season, 32:45.20, in the 10,000 m at the Ralph Vernacchia Meet...Placed eighth with a season-best time of 15:34.18 in the 5,000 m at the L&C Spring Break Open...Ran a season-best time of 9:03.04 in the 3,000 m during the indoor season...Had a season-best time of 4:32.39 in the mile at the UW Indoor Open.

High School: A three-year letter winner in cross country...Named most improved in 2008...Earned the coaches award in 2009...A top 20 finisher at the state championships as a junior and senior...Lettered all four years in track & field...Placed in the top ten in the two-mile run at the state track & field championships in his final two seasons...The Kings Invitational two mile champion as a senior...Helped his team to cross country state titles in 2008 and 2009...Led his team to a track & field state championship in 2011...Named to the honor roll all four years.
