2013: Repeated at the GNAC Champion in the shot put (55'-3") at the outdoor championships earning All-GNAC honors as well...His throw in the shot put at the conference championships set new school record and was second best in GNAC history...Recorded a NCAA provisional mark, 22nd best in Division II, with his win in the shot put...Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the discus...Set a school record in the discus (178'-4") at the SMU Last Chance Meet...Won the shot put at the Ken Shannon Invite and Oregon Preview...Won the discus at the PLU Invite...Named GNAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week on May 5...Defended his title in the weight throw at the 2012 GNAC Indoor Championships with a NCAA provisional qualifying mark of 57'-0.25"...Placed second in the shot put with a throw of 52'-8" establishing new school record with the fourth-best throw in the history of the GNAC...Earned All-GNAC honors with a NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the shot put at the indoor conference championships...Named USTFCCCA all-region in the weight throw and shot put.

2012: GNAC Champion in the shot put with a provisional NCAA mark (55'-2.25)... Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put...Established new school record winning the GNAC title as well as second-best mark in GNAC history...Earned All-GNAC honors with third-place finishes in the hammer and discus...Won individual titles in the shot put at two meets...Claimed individual titles in the discus at three meets...GNAC Champion during the indoor season in the weight throw...Had the sixth-best mark in GNAC history and school record throw of 58'-2" for an NCAA provisional mark at the Idaho Open...Won the individual title in the weight throw at two meets.

2009: Repeated as GNAC Champion in the shot put during the outdoor season...Had the best mark in the GNAC in the shot put during the season (51')...Placed fifth in the discus at the GNAC Championships...Established a school record in the hammer (173'-1")...Set a school record with the seventh best throw in GNAC history in the shot put during the indoor season (51'-4.5")...Earned All-GNAC honors in the shot put and weight throw at the GNAC Indoor Championships.

2008: Placed 7th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships claiming All-American honors in the shot put with the best throw in the GNAC that season (54'-10")...Named Outdoor GNAC Freshman of the Year...Claimed the GNAC Championship in the shot put and earned All-GNAC honors...Established a school record in the discus (155'-10")...Finished second in the discus at the GNAC Championships earning All-GNAC honors...Placed third in the shot put (48'-4.75") at the GNAC Indoor Championships...Placed seventh in the weight throw (44'-1.5").

High School: Earned All-American honors...A three-year letter winner in track & field and football.

Personal: Role model is whole family...Hobbies include video games and basketball...Greatest athletic thrill was competing in a national track meet...Would most like to meet Lupe Fiasco.
