2015: Redshirt the cross country and indoor season…Competed in four meets during the outdoor season and had a best finish of 10th at the Puget Sound Shotwell Invitational in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:38.67.

2014: Placed 69th at the GNAC Cross Country Championships (27:23.9)...Placed 8th in the 3000m at the Runners Soul Open (9:09.27)...Finished 3rd in the 5000m at the PLU Invitational (15:34.68)...Took 4th place in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:09.60 at the SMU Invitational…Competed in two meets during the indoor season….Was 15th in the 3,000 meters (8:55.12) at the GNAC Championship…During the outdoor season had a best 4:19.42 in the 1,500 meters at the Spring Break Open.

High School: A four year-letter winner on the cross country team...A team captain as a junior and senior...Helped his team to back-to-back 1B/2B state championships in 2011 and 2012...Team was ranked 15th in 2012 and 16th in 2011 in the National High School Coaches Association Division II Ranking...Earned a third-place finish as an individual during his senior season...Placed sixth as an individual at the state championships as a junior...As a senior was the individual district and regional champion...Named first team all-league in his final season...A Tri-City Herald second team all-area pick in 2012...A distance team captain for track & field as a senior...Earned a pair of letters...Competed for Pasco High School in track & field and was a 4A regional qualifier in the 3200 m...Earned letters in golf, baseball and basketball...Named to the honor roll all four years.
