Lauren Herseth

The 2016 season will be Herseth’s first working as an assistant with the women’s volleyball team.
 
Herseth competed collegiately at Central Washington University, where she helped the Wildcats reach three NCAA tournaments. She was named team captain in 2014, a three-time GNAC All-Academic Team member and the named the 2014 Wildcat Award. She finished here collegiate career ranked seventh in school history for sets played and 17th for career digs. She earned her Bachelors of Science, Physical Education and School Heath and graduated Magna Cum Laude. 
 
A 2011 graduate of Olympia High School in Olympia, Wash., where she was a four-year letter winner for the Bears. She earned all-state honors and was named the Narrows League Most Valuable Player as a senior.
 
Herseth was an assistant coach for Olympia High School last season and is currently the head coach for Puget Sound Volleyball Academy (PSVBA).
