SEATTLE – The Saints' defense failed to contain the fast-paced Seattle Pacific offense on Saturday night, falling 6-0 on the road.
The Falcons got out to an early lead with a goal in the 9th minute of play and never looked back. Saint Martin's couldn't form any offense of their own to respond and SPU scored two more goals before the half to take a 3-0 lead into the break.
The second half was more of the same, as the Saints couldn't find their rhythm and Seattle Pacific continued to score goals. The Falcons scored three more goals in the second half.
Saint Martin's had nine shots and of those nine,
Diego Andrade and
Sean Selanikio contributed the two shots on goal.
Hunter Askland had four saves in the match.
