LACEY, Wash. - Saint Martin's ran into offense that did not miss the opener as Central Washington scored 30 runs before taking series finale 4-1 on Sunday.
The Saints were on the wrong side of the scoreboard in the first game. Central Washington collected 30 runs on 23 hits and six Saints' errors.Â
In the second game, Saint Martin's fell behind early to the Wildcats. Central Washington scored the opening four runs of the game before the Saints capitalized on an error in the fifth to score a run. However, the Wildcats held off the Saints for the series victory.
