LACEY, Wash. — The Saint Martin's Women's Soccer team lost its home match against No. 11 Western Washington by a score of 2-0 on Thursday, October 23.
Two goals midway through the first half sealed the deal for the visitors, as the Saints were unable to make up any ground in a closely-contested game.
How It Happened
	- The Saints tallied two shots on goals and four total shots in the first half, but it was the Vikings who struck first with a goal by Morgan Manalili in the 17th minute.
- In the 21st minute, Brooke Streeter recorded a shot on goal. However, just two minutes later Western Washington doubled the lead to 2-0 with another goal by Manalili, her 12th goal of the year.
- The Saints tallied two shots in the second half, but were unable to cut into the 2-0 deficit.
