LACEY, WA — Saint Martin's University is excited to announce the appointment of Haley Domeck as the new head coach of the women's volleyball program. Coach Domeck brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the court. 

Interim Athletic Director Theresa Hanson expressed her excitement to bring Coach Domeck on board:

"We are thrilled to welcome Haley as our new head coach for women's volleyball. Her experience, leadership, and commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court align perfectly with our values at Saint Martin's University.  We believe she will inspire our team to reach new heights and continue building a strong, competitive program that our community will be proud of."

Domeck most notably spent time at Linfield University - an  NCAA Division III institution in McMinnville, Oregon. She served as the volleyball program's head coach from January 2020 through July 2024, competing in the Northwest Conference. Following her time at Linfield, she served a brief stint as the lead assistant coach of St. Mary's (CA) Women's Beach Volleyball.

Before her most recent experience, Coach Domeck spent time as an assistant coach with Seattle Pacific Volleyball from 2019-2020. She also served as an assistant indoor and beach volleyball coach from March 2018 through August 2019 at the University of North Alabama, while also taking on the program's operations. Overseas, Domeck was the head coach of Durham University's Men's and Women's Sand Volleyball teams in 2017, including two years of previous service as the leader of the Women's 2 team.

Haley Domeck is ready to get started at Saint Martin's University:

There is amazing support for the women's volleyball program and athletics across campus. It is a honor to be able to work with such an incredible group of student-athletes who have the drive to succeed both on and off the court. Saint Martin's is a special place and I am thrilled to be joining the Saint's community!"

Domeck will begin her duties on Monday, March 17th.
