To this day, Eisentrout holds the SMU career free-throws made with 368, and ranks sixth all-time in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in basketball. She is sixth in school history in career-points scored with 1,256, which ranks 20th in the GNAC. Eisentrout appeared in more conference games than any player in GNAC history (72) and ranked 23rd in Division II in 2004-05 in free throw percentage, with 85.0. As part of the 2004-05 team, she helped her team to the highest finish in GNAC history and helped her team to an NCAA Regional appearance for the first time. During the 2003-04 season, she was named Honorable Mention GNAC and is a three-time Academic All-GNAC member.
