Playing from 2003-2006 for the Saints, Nunogawa was a one-time second team All-Conference selection and a two-time Honorable Mention selection. In the 2004-05 season, Nunogawa ranked in the top 50 in Division II in scoring, and was a two-time team MVP, and team captain. At the time of his introduction, he ranked eighth all-time in school history in scoring at 1,434 points, and finished with 12 double-doubles. For his career, Nunogawa averaged 18.2 points per game, and 6.7 rebounds per game, while shooting 54.2 percent in 79 games.  Nunogawa entered the Hall of Fame ranked 16th all-time in GNAC history in points per game and field goals made.
