Samantha Munger's time in Lacey saw her become one of the most accomplished softball players in Saint Martin's and GNAC history, performing at an elite level in both the batter's box and pitcher's circle.

Across her career, Munger totaled 83 wins, ranking second all-time in the GNAC record book and best in program history. Recording 143 appearances, Munger made more pitching appearances than any other GNAC player in the history of the conference, while ranking second with 117 career starts, 100 complete games, and 778.2 innings pitched. Among Munger's multitude of records, she is the Saint Martin's all-time leader in shutouts with 19, ranking fifth all-time in GNAC history. She totaled 412 career strikeouts, a Saint Martin's record that ranks 12th in GNAC history.

Munger was just as effective as a hitter, holding the Saint Martin's record for career batting average (.406), which ranks 12th best in the GNAC record book. She totaled 294 hits,164 RBIs, and 396 total bases, each of which is a Saint Martin's program record — she ranks second all-time in the GNAC in career hits, just one hit behind the all-time record.

Defensively, Munger holds the Saint Martin's record for most career assists with 578.

Munger accumulated an assembly of awards across her career, including GNAC Pitcher of the Year (2013), First Team All-GNAC (2013), GNAC Tournament MVP (2013), NFCA Second Team All-West Region (2013), and Daktronics Second Team All-Region (2013).

"I am deeply honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame at Saint Martin's University, an institution that played a significant role in shaping both my personal and professional journey," Munger said. "This recognition reflects not only my own dedication, but also the collective hard work and commitment of every teammate with whom I had the privilege to compete with over those four years."
